Stockton Divers was formed in February 1981 and we are a member of the Confederation Mondiale Des Activities Subaquauatiques (CMAS) We are NOT a commercial organisation, in fact our branch is run by volunteers, and new members trained by club members working on a purely voluntary basis. Using the expertise of members we find we can operate cheaper than a commercial diver training outfit. As we only meet once a week for training, we cannot offer "fast track " diving so if you need to learn to dive in a week, we suggest that you approach a recognised diving school but don't forget to take your Bank Manager with you.
