DIVE CLUB
Skull N' Bones Dive Club was formed so that divers
could afford to go diving. There are no membership
fees or dues, we're just a bunch of divers getting
together to dive, spearfish, site see, and cook-out. New
divers of all experience levels join us almost every
weekend. Most of us spearfish while others just enjoy
the sites, take photographs or learn to spearfish. We
normally dive 2 to 3 tanks in the summer and 1 to 2 in
the colder winter months. We can fit up to 6 divers and
splitting expenses ranges between $25- $50.00 each
for the whole day!
Typically, we meet at Capt Ron's house (8-9am) located
less than a half mile from MBT Divers and trailer the
boat right down the road to Sherman Cove Marina at
NAS Pensacola or Navy Point launch. We depart
Sherman Cove between 9-10am and return between 4-
5pm.
We don't usually pick the dive sites till that morning
and sometimes we have to change plans due to
weather.
To join the club all that you have to do is email Capt
Ron and let him know you want to join. He will put you
on the club email list and you'll receive an email a day
or two ahead of time when a dive is being planned.
Often during the winter months the decision to dive
isn't made till that morning depending on the weather.
